Your first 30 days start here.
You made the decision to build something bigger. Now it’s time to get moving. Use this page as your roadmap for getting connected, getting licensed, learning the business, and building momentum within NEB.
You don't have to figure everything out at once. Focus on these four steps first.

Attend Fast Start and orientation to learn NEB's systems, expectations, culture, and the fundamentals you'll need to begin building your business.

Begin your licensing process immediately and stay consistent with your XCEL coursework. The faster you complete licensing, the sooner you can begin putting your training into action.

Connect with your upline to discuss your goals, expectations, schedule, development plan, and what your first few weeks with NEB should look like.

Attend team meetings, trainings, field development, and other NEB events. The more you stay connected to the environment, the faster you'll learn how the business works.
Every stage builds on the one before it. Your goal isn't to know everything in 30 days — it's to develop the habits, knowledge, activity, and support system that will help you continue growing.

Your first 30 days are about more than completing tasks. They're about establishing the habits and standards that will shape how you build.

People come first. We focus on understanding needs before offering solutions.

We believe lasting businesses and relationships are built on trust.

Success isn't one moment. It's the result of disciplined action over time.

No agent should have to build alone.

We develop leaders who are willing to learn, serve, and lead from the front.

Our work should strengthen more than individual businesses—it should strengthen families and communities.
You don't need to have everything figured out today. You need a clear next step, consistent action, and the willingness to stay connected.
Not Easily Broken. Strong individually. Stronger together.
